Golden Fish Travels has been in the travel industry since 1977 beginning as 501C3 Corporation for the Arts and organizing travel within this genre.

Presently, we consider ourselves an expert on travel to Asia including Japan, China and SE Asia and Africa and we have an in depth knowledge of these cultures, having lived there. We book only destinations to which we our selves have traveled or in which we have resided.

The company is IATANendorsed 12 567192 and is a Hawaii licensed agency based in the United States with an additional branch in Connecticut and Thailand . We are fully insured with errors and omissions insurance.

Golden Fish Travels deposits all passengers' funds directly into the business client trust account and makes withdrawals only in compliance with the Seller of Travel Laws in the state of Hawaii.

Our Asian market was created more than 10 years ago, with Asian partners from each locale. Local partnerships mean immediate hands on assistance to our clients should such be necessary and generally better pricing and service to specific needs, for our clients. e.g. we were able to link a family in Denver to an orphanage from where they adopted their Vietnamese son 11 years ago. We have assisted Vietnam Vets to find their downed planes, only to find the wings serving as tables from which to eat. We have created weddings on Mt Fuji, treks in the wilderness with porters for photographers, and we can assist with almost any imaginable request.

This year we have decided to expand our destinations, adding, Africa and we have many stories to tell you along the way. e.g. sitting next to a gorilla family chomping leaves in Rwanda !
