Thailand

Thailand

During the 14th and 18th centuries, the ancient capital of Ayutthaya was one of the most affluent cities in Asia. Today, the sculptured artifacts stand with their heads cut off, thanks to the Kymer invasion. It is unnerving, serving as a seeming premonition of recent times in Cambodia.

Thailand is rich in history and beauty alike, and our tours allow you to see it all. You could take a river cruise from Bangkok to Ayutthaya to view the magnificent temples and rural water farm villages. After that, head further North to the River Kwai and stay overnight on a rafted resort, before heading to the railway and museum.

Tiger Temple is also a short distance away, and is where monks have taken in abandoned baby tigers and raised them in the temple environment free to roam safely with the Monks and tourists.

In Bangkok itself, visit the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, or go see the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, which is home to the largest collection of Buddha images. Each of these places instills wonder in its people and visitors alike. Truly, the Thai people have a love for beautiful architecture and imagery, and their temples and palaces are a prime example of this passion.

Thailand’s coast & islands to the south

Midway through Thailand is the coastal town of Phuket, and to the South, Koh Samui, Phi Phi Islands, Krabi, Phang Nga, Khao Sak, are wonderful and distinct. Our commitment is to Ecotourism throughout Thailand offering off-the-beaten-track itineraries to sites you won’t soon forget.

Northern Thailand & The Golden Triangle

To the North are the quieter cities of The Golden Triangle of Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. To provide you an experience that is as immersive as possible, we offer special econ lodges along the way to learn local customs, Thai cooking, and the way of the water buffalo and elephants.
